George Weasley is the incorrigible twin brother of Fred Weasley. The Weasley family is poor but he (they) doesn't let that get him down. At least not outwardly. George, like Fred, is sly, funny, a prankster and mischievous.
His connection to the canon of Harry Potter is that their little bro Ron has befriended the Most Famous Kid Ever--Harry Potter, who whooped the ass of the Greatugly baby Lord Voldemort when he was just a baby with the supreme power of his love. Or, rather, his mother giving up her life to protect him. She, and her husband, James, were murdered but little bitty Harry--when Voldie tried to kill him--rebounded the spell and smoked Voldie out for quite a while. Unfortunately, Voldie didn't die and he's come back for a rematch.
Fred and George treat Harry like a little brother (but maybe a little nicer)--and you rarely see one twin without the other. They complete each other.
George is the less out-going of the two of them because, while they are identical, they recognize their individuality. However, George is no less hot-headed than his brother. Anyone who harms his family and friends may politely run or die. He, like practically all the younger characters--the Trio (Harry, Ron and their friend Hermoine)--his brother and little sis Ginny, all want to join up with the Order of the Phoenix to go to war with Voldemort and his hoes--the Death Eaters. He'd give up his own life, without question, for any of the others. As it turns out, in book 7—the final novel in the HP series—he and Fred are not as ‘naïve’, per se, as I thought they might be. They handled fights and obstacles and loss with their regular determination. They showed no fear whatsoever. The only thing they probably feared was losing each other. At the beginning, George is involved in a fight and gets his ear cut off, he loses a lot of blood—when Fred comes in the room, in a near panic, to see him—he’s speechless…until George wakes up and cracks a weak joke. And…at the end…at Fred’s death, George is seen kneeling next to his brother’s head. From the text we can imply that he did not cry. He was passed that point. They had probably discussed it, were it to happen to either of them. They were two halves that made a whole and now George has lost his half. Unfortunately, it is never delved into what happened to George after that scene—which, in my opinion, should have been done. I would have liked to see how things turned out for him.
He is also incredibly skilled with magic. He and Fred are masters at creating and combining spells to do totally strange things that even Hermoine can be impressed with. They use their skills mostly for tricks and jokes but some of their inventions are extraordinary and recognized by the Ministry of Magic.
The two of them did not finish out their final year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. When Dumbledore took off to go be a badass in Book 5, he was replaced with a repulsive woman named Umbridge, whom everyone hated. Fred and George made her life a living hell just before they depart. Pulling every trick in the book and then taking off. Instead, they open up their own joke shop and make quite a living off it.
So, all in all, George is tricky, sly, a charmer and very funny. However, he's also hot-headed but brave and quite a wizard who could care less what others think of him. The only one who he'd ever reveal any inner thoughts to would be Fred, as the two of them are incredibly close. Otherwise, he keeps his problems to himself--or, if it is a matter outside and affects others as well (like being kicked off the Quidditch team), he explodes.
I’m going to build myself on how he might change after losing his brother and meeting up with a different version of Fred.
He has:
1. new broomstick
2. wand
3. Peruvian darkness powder
